Meet our co-founders

Declan Ingram

Declan is an accomplished cybersecurity expert with extensive experience in senior leadership, risk management, and technology. He played a key role in establishing CERT NZ, serving as its Deputy Director. Declan’s technical background in incident response, penetration testing, and red teaming has equipped him with a solid foundation to develop global networks of peers. With over 20 years of experience spanning diverse sectors such as government, defence, finance, and education, Declan helps organisations mitigate their cybersecurity risks by developing effective strategies.

Michael Wallmannsberger

Michael is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over 20 years of experience in technology leadership roles. His diverse experience includes serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Air New Zealand, as a consultant and principal security architect at ASB, and as a consultant to various financial services and technology firms. Michael has also held several governance roles, such as chairing the CERT NZ Establishment Board and serving on the board of the .nz domain name registry, the Standards Council, and the Auckland District Law Society Council.
